  • Orders placed on Friday evenings, weekends, or public holidays may require additional time before shipping.

After your order has been processed, it will be shipped and delivered within 5 to 15 business days, depending on your location and postal service workload.

Placing an Order

Ordering from Michael & James New York is quick and secure:

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Please allow up to 3–5 business days after shipment for tracking updates to appear.


Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered, but you haven’t received it, please:

  2. Check with family members, neighbours, or building management in case the package was accepted on your behalf.

  3. Contact the carrier directly to request further delivery details.

Once the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, the order is considered fulfilled and responsibility transfers to the customer.

While Michael & James New York cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, our team will gladly assist you by:
