PLEASE NOTE:
We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return my order?
Yes, absolutely. If you’re not satisfied with the items you received, you may return them within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your order must meet the following conditions:

The return must include all parts, components, and original packaging, exactly as received.

Items must not show signs of wear or damage from careless handling and must be in their original condition.

Items that require hygiene standards (such as clothing or accessories) must be clean and unused before being returned.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Once received, your return will be processed within 7 business days.
If all conditions are met, you’ll receive an official confirmation of acceptance by email.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe items have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.

Once received, our support team will contact you with the correct return address.
Please do not send your package to the sender address — we will provide the right return location.
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 1 day of purchase by contacting our customer service team.
After this time, cancellation is no longer possible because orders automatically enter processing shortly after being placed.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days from the date you or a designated third party (not the carrier) received the goods.
Because we operate an automated fulfilment system, orders begin processing immediately after payment.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible until delivery has been completed.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement by email to info@valentinabirch.com.
Your withdrawal becomes valid once we receive the returned goods.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note:
Shipments may experience longer transit times, as our international logistics are handled through our central warehouse in Asia.
If your order is already in transit, please wait until you receive it before initiating your return.
For faster processing, please provide a shipping confirmation once you have sent your return.
Customs Fees
Please be aware that return shipments may be subject to customs inspection or additional handling fees.
Any customs duties, taxes, or processing charges applied by customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
These costs are not covered or refunded by Valentina Birch.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you received damaged or defective items, please contact our customer service team right away.
Include clear photos of the damage and a short description of the issue.
If we determine that the fault is on our end, we will replace the item free of charge.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we will refund your payment (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
You will not be charged any additional fees for this refund.
